Shipping and Returns

Order processing & dispatching 

Providing your items are in stock, and during non peak seasons your order will be dispatched within 2-4 working days of receiving payment. We ship orders Monday through to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please note, during peak seasons including the months prior to Christmas, new product launches, or sale periods, we receive a large volume of orders, which may result in processing or shipping delays. 

Polish Postage

Online orders are shipped via Polish Post, DPD Couriers or Fedex depending upon your address location and size of order. Delivery rates are based upon the weight of your order and options are provided at your checkout for delivery services applicable to your order.  Regular post is usually received within 3 to 8 working days of postage, and parcel and express post within 2 working days of postage (depending upon location). Please select your postage option during checkout.

By accepting our shipping terms and conditions, you consent to authorizing the delivery personnel to leave your parcel in a secure location without requiring a signature. Ultima Print is not liable for any lost or unlocatable goods. 

Likewise, Ultima Print is not liable for goods not collected from a collection point if not collected within the allocated pick up time frame. In this instance that goods are shipped back to our warehouse for failure to collect, the buyer is liable for any onward shipping costs.

Retail orders over  €49 receive free postage within Europe.

International Postage – Online Store

Online retail orders are shipped via international air freight services and delivery rates are based upon the weight of goods. These are usually delivered within 7 to 14 working days of postage. 

Please note: Any customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser. Ultima Print cannot be held liable for parcels that are returned, rejected, or destroyed due to unpaid taxes, duties, or fees on the part of the buyer.

International postage timeframes are offered as a guide only, and your location will determine postage timeframes.

Ultima Print is not liable for any slow or delayed parcels shipped internationally.

Returns & Exchanges 

Please choose carefully, refunds or exchanges are not permitted for change of mind for products ordered online.

If any item(s) ordered online is unavailable for shipping, Ultima Print will notify you and discuss options available including alternate product options or notice of expected delivery.  

Ultima Print packages all our print goodies with love and care, so the occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare, but should it occur please contact us at hello@ultimaprint.com within 48 hours and we will minimize any inconvenience as best we can.

To return faulty or damaged goods:

  1. The item/items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. 
  2. The product(s) must be new, i.e. unused, undamaged, unsoiled, and in their original packaging and/or tags attached. 
  3. Email us at hello@ultimaprint.com with your name, invoice number, product name, and reason for return and request for replacement. 
  4. All freight costs for returns and deliveries of exchanges (excluding faulty goods) will be at the customer's expense. Ultima Print can not be held responsible for any products lost/damaged in transit.
